Welcome to STEAMESA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a class or purchasing a package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Description of Services

STEAMESA provides a seamless interface to live, online tutoring sessions ("Classes") for students in grades 5-8. We also offer specialized Masterclasses and FlexCredit packages for purchasing multiple sessions at a discounted rate.


2. Payments, FlexCredits, and Refunds

  • Single Classes: All single, drop-in classes are priced at $20 per 50-minute session. Payment must be made at the time of booking via credit/debit card, or an invoice must be submitted to ClassWallet for ESA families to finalize enrollment.
  • FlexCredit Packages: FlexCredit packages (e.g., 8 or 12 credits) can be purchased on our website. Upon purchase, you will receive a unique, non-transferable code to book your sessions.
  • Rollover & Refund Policy: This is the STEAMESA promise. If you cancel a class or a student is a no-show for any reason, the FlexCredit or single-session purchase is **not forfeited**. It is automatically returned to your account to be used for a future booking. We do not offer cash refunds for purchased credits or sessions; however, your credits never expire.

3. User Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and focused learning environment. All students and parents are expected to communicate in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any student from a session who is disruptive or violates our code of conduct, in which case their session credit will be returned to their account.


4. Intellectual Property

All content and curriculum provided during our sessions, as well as all content on our website, are the exclusive property of STEAMESA. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed, recorded, or reproduced without our express written consent.


5. Limitation of Liability

STEAMESA provides high-quality educational support, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or test scores. Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for our services.


6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
