  • Information You Provide: When you register for a class or purchase a package, we collect personal information, such as your name (parent/guardian), email address, and your student's name. This is collected through our booking partner, Calendly.
  • Payment Information: For credit/debit card transactions, payments are processed by our secure payment partner, Stripe. STEAMESA does not collect or store your credit card information. For ESA families, payment is handled through the ClassWallet portal, and we only receive payment confirmation.
  • Communications: We keep a record of our communications with you, including emails and any feedback you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
  • Process your transactions and manage your FlexCredit packages.
  • Send you confirmations, reminders, invoices, and support messages.
  • Improve our website, services, and offerings based on your feedback and usage.
  • Communicate with you about new classes, events, and other updates you may be interested in.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with third-party service providers as necessary to run our business, including:

  • Calendly: To manage our scheduling and automated communications.
  • Stripe: To securely process credit/debit card payments.
  • Google Workspace & Zapier: To operate our internal CRM and automated workflows.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.


4. Children's Privacy

We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect the student's name only for the purpose of identifying them in a class and for internal record-keeping, with the full consent of a parent or guardian during the booking process. We do not knowingly collect any other personal information from children under the age of 13.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
