A Simple Guide to Using Your ESA Funds

Welcome, Arizona ESA families! We are an approved AZ Department of Education vendor, and we've designed our system to make using your ClassWallet funds as seamless as possible. Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to the two ways you can pay with your scholarship.

How to Pay for a Single Session ($20)

This is the best option if you want to book a single, on-demand class.

1. Book Your Session: Go to the class schedule page for your student's grade level and find the "Book with ESA / ClassWallet" list. Click the class you want to reserve your spot.
2. Check Your Email: The moment you book, our automated system will instantly send you an official invoice for that single session.
3. Upload to ClassWallet: Log in to your ClassWallet portal. Click "Pay Vendor," search for **STEAMESA**, and upload the invoice we emailed to you to complete the payment.

How to Purchase a FlexCredit Package

This is the best-value option. The process is slightly different but still simple.

1. Request Your Package: From any class page, find the "FlexCredit Packages" section. Click the link to "Request" an 8 or 12-credit package. This will take you to a quick Calendly form.
2. Get Your Package Invoice: The moment you submit the request, our system will email you an official invoice for the full package amount (e.g., $150 for 8 credits).
3. Pay in ClassWallet: Upload this package invoice to your ClassWallet portal to pay.
4. Receive Your Code: Once we receive the payment confirmation from ClassWallet, we will manually create your unique, personal booking code and email it to you. You can then use this code at checkout to book your individual sessions.
