It's simple! After you purchase a FlexCredit package, our system will instantly email you a unique code (e.g., `SMITH-1234`). When you are booking a class from one of our "Book with Credit/Debit Card" lists, you will see an option at checkout to "Redeem Coupon." Enter your unique code there, and the price of the session will drop to $0. Our system will automatically track your remaining balance.
No problem at all. Please send an email to our billing support team at invoices@steamesa.com from the same email address you used to purchase the package. We will look up your account and resend your unique code to you promptly.
Absolutely. For a **single session**, you will book the class from our "Book with ESA / ClassWallet" list. Our system will instantly email you an official invoice for that session, which you will then upload to the ClassWallet portal to pay. For a **FlexCredit package**, you will "book" a free request for a package, which will trigger our system to email you the correct package invoice to upload.
No, your FlexCredits never expire. We believe you should be able to use the services you've paid for whenever you need them. Your credits will remain on your account until they are used.
